Situated in a beautiful rural setting with stunning views the Former Bridge of Dee Station house provides an ideal location from which to explore the delights of Dumfries and Galloway. The property is easily found being located 3 miles west of the thriving market town of Castle Douglas well known locally for its excellent selection of independant shops as well as being the regions "Food Town". Local activities such as golf, fishing and water sports are easily accessed from this central point. Galloway is also famous for its forest parks and fantastic hill walking as well as a beautiful local coastline.
There are two letting rooms, one with private ensuite facilities and one with a shared bathroom. Guests have the use of a large conservatory where breakfast can be served as well as being a beautifully relaxing place to sit. There is ample space for secluded outside seating as well. For the rail enthusiasts there is a 1957 railway carriage in the extensive garden.
